38-Years-Owned Euro 1964 Mercedes-Benz 230SL 4-Speed
This 1964 Mercedes-Benz 230SL is a European-market example that was reportedly first registered in France and was acquired by the seller in the US in 1984.

The car is finished in white over black leather upholstery and powered by a fuel-injected 2.3L inline-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a grey Pagoda hardtop, a black soft top, 15″ alloy wheels, chrome bumpers, fog lights, a custom center console, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM cassette stereo. This 230SL is now offered with owner’s manuals, literature, and a clean Kentucky title in the seller’s name.
The body was refinished in the current shade of white during a refurbishment by Bud’s Benz in 1990. Equipment includes a grey Pagoda hardtop, a black soft top, European-market headlights, aftermarket fog lights, chrome bumpers and trim, a driver’s side mirror, and dual exhaust outlets. A ding is noted in the hood panel.

15″ alloy wheels wear Mercedes-Benz center caps and are wrapped in Goodyear Regatta tires. The car is equipped with double-wishbone front suspension, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features bucket seats reupholstered in black leather as well as wood trim on the dashboard. A custom wood center console has been added, and additional equipment includes a heater, an armrest, sheepskin seat covers, floor mats, a locking glove box, an aftermarket Blaupunkt Nashville cassette radio, aftermarket rear speakers, and a 12-disc CD changer.
The two-spoke steering wheel wears a stitched-on cover, and VDO instrumentation includes a 220-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 60k kilometers (~37k miles), and the total mileage is unknown.
