This car buying experience from Abby’s was excellent. Tim and the owner John have been amazing at helping my mom (Niki) with the process. As two women who don’t know much about cars we felt comfortable reaching out to these guys and having them help us find the best deal. John kept his word and fixed any issues that came up with the vehicle after driving it off the lot. We feel very fortunate to have found such an honest and helpful group of people. I can’t write a good enough review for Abby’s. I spent the better part of 4 days combing car lots from Sarasota to Naples, and every lot I went to was either selling junk or extremely overpriced. I found a vehicle I liked here, and on first glance it was noticeably cleaner than any other similar cars I had seen at other lots, as were all of the units they had. The price was fair, and upon inspecting it closer and driving it, I noticed a few minor things it needed (No used car is perfect.) Tim was extremely helpful and we negotiated a fair price, and I was out the door an hour later with the car. An honest used car lot in SW Florida is hard to come by , and this is definitely one of them.

Abby’s Autos is a special place. It doesn’t feel like your average car dealership and it’s not. John & Tim care about their customers and treat them great. As one of their vendors I know that my clients always get first class treatment. They do what it takes to create customers for life.
